*The minimum stay is 3 nights for: May, June, and September 14 to end October. And 5 nights for July 1 to September 13. For every person above 5 people there is an additional charge of 39€ per person per night. There is a cleaning fee of 90 Euros.
P.S. It is an absolute rule that the ground floor of the villa will not be occupied by the owners during the stay of renters unless there is a serious reason such as maintenance or repair taking place. Other reasons include check-ins and checkouts where the ground floor opens while waiting for guests, and cleaning the villa.
